We can provide you with a superbill of charges for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement rates specific to your individual coverage and plan. If you have out of network benefits, many patients are able to receive reimbursement for part, if not all of your treatment. To find out what type of reimbursement you may be entitled to, please contact the number on the back of your insurance card and inquire. HSA/FSA accounts can be used to pay for treatment as well.
