Payment Options Available |HER Body PT 

HER Body PT is a fee for service provider.  We are not contracted with any insurance companies meaning we cannot accept any form of insurance for payment, including Medicare at this time.  What does this mean for you?

Longer treatment sessions than most in-network offices provide

Often less total visits due to longer sessions and direct care

No copays or deductibles or surprise bills showing up months after treatment

No restrictions on number of visits; no pre authorization requirements

More control and flexibility over your plan of care and treatment

A concierge experience where 1:1 care is delivered without use of an aide or multiple patients being seen at once

Direct contact between you and your provider between appointments

We can provide you with a superbill of charges for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement rates specific to your individual coverage and plan.  If you have out of network benefits, many patients are able to receive reimbursement for part, if not all of your treatment.  To find out what type of reimbursement you may be entitled to, please contact the number on the back of your insurance card and inquire.  HSA/FSA accounts can be used to pay for treatment as well.  Cash and credit cards are an acceptable form of payment.
